We will organise several social events around the conference, but unfortunately we are not able to offer a programme for accompanying partners. We will put more details on this page as we have them.

All the social events (except the dinner) are included in the registration fee.

Wednesday 1 November – 7pm to 9pm
Welcome reception in the Egyptian Gallery at the British Museum, hosted by Linklaters.

Buses will leave the hotel at 6.30pm, and return from the museum at 9pm.

Thursday 2 November – 7pm to 7.40pm
Pre-dinner drinks at the hotel, organised by Bird and Bird.

Dinner at the hotel with entertainment

Friday 3 November - 6.40pm to 11.30pm
Boat trip from the hotel to Greenwich. Greenwich is a lovely part of London with plenty of bars and restaurants. The trip takes about one hour each way. There will be the option to return to the hotel after half an hour in Greenwich for those who do not want to stay and eat there. The boat will return for passengers who have stayed to eat at 10.30pm and will arrive back at the hotel at 11.30pm. If you indicated on your on-line registration that you would like to attend this event, we will give you more detailed information with your delegate pack when you register at the conference.

Subject to numbers and available space, accompanying partners may be able to attend the welcome reception and dinner, but we will only be able to confirm this at a later date. For partners attending the dinner there will be a fee of £70.
